Refund policy

At PÁRSEÉ, we recognise the importance of customer satisfaction. Our Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence — allowing for easy Refunds within 14 days of receiving your order and Store Credits within 21 days of receiving your order.

1. Store Credit Terms
Store credits expire within 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any item/s on our website.

2. Conditions of Return
Items will only be accepted if returned meeting the following criteria:

  • Returned in 100% original condition with all tags attached.
  • Unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from make-up and fake tan.
  • Clothing: Must be tried on over underwear for hygiene purposes.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are deemed defective or faulty.
  • Restricted Goods: We do not accept the return of any fake tan, lingerie, socks, earrings, or most beauty products unless they are defective or faulty.

4. Return Shipping and Postage

  • Postage Costs: Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item/s back to us.
  • Traceable Delivery: It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your package safely reaches us. PÁRSEÉ is not responsible for any loss or damage to return parcels in transit.
  • Incorrect Items Sent: Due to the complex nature of our returns network, PÁRSEÉ is not liable for any items received back that are not from PÁRSEÉ (they may not be returned to you). Please process your return carefully, ensuring the correct label is attached.

5. Rejection of Returns

  • Items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified.
  • PÁRSEÉ reserves the right to reject returns submitted beyond the return period limits or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer, and return shipping costs will not be covered by PÁRSEÉ.
