Shipping & Delivery
Where does PÁRSEÉ ship?
We ship within Australia and internationally. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Australian delivery takes approximately 2–10 business days, while Express delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $9.95 AUD and Express shipping is $15.95 AUD. Shipping is free for orders over $150. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order and store credit within 21 days, provided the item meets our return conditions.
What condition does my item need to be in to be returned?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed and free from makeup and fake tan, with all original tags attached. Swimwear must also have its hygiene seal intact.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective or faulty.
Sizing, Fit & Fabric
What sizes does PÁRSEÉ carry?
Our range runs XS to XL across most styles. Individual size and measurement details are listed on each product page, since fit varies by cut and fabric.
How do PÁRSEÉ dresses fit?
Most of our dresses are designed to sit close to the body through the bodice with a fluid fall through the skirt. If you are between sizes in a fitted or bodycon style, we recommend sizing up.
What fabrics do you use?
Fabric composition is listed in full on every product page. Our occasion pieces favour satin, crepe and jersey blends chosen to hold their shape across a full day of wear; our activewear uses nylon and spandex blends for stretch and recovery.
How should I care for my PÁRSEÉ pieces?
Care instructions are included on the garment label. As a general rule, cold gentle wash or dry clean for occasion pieces, and cold machine wash for activewear. Avoid tumble drying, which shortens the life of stretch fabrics.
